Palimpsest, 2025

65 ×90 cm (25.6 x 35.4 in)

Acrylic and texture paste on canvas

Officially exhibited in the traditional "Kyustendil Spring 2026" exhibition at the Art Gallery "Vladimir Dimitrov - Maystora". Palimpsest is a study in physical excavation and topographical mapping. Heavy cobalt blue textured paste acts as a raised landscape atop subterranean layers of buried organic material and gesso. Raw white edges expose the material reality of the build, while a clinical, continuous line maps the resulting chaos.

Silver Dreams: Act 2 - Infinity, 2024

36 × 46 cm (14.2 × 18.1 in)

Reclaimed nylon and repurposed packaging on canvas

Act 2 of the Silver Dreams series intensifies the investigation of spatial tension within the Residua collection. Utilising black textiles and silver industrial packaging, the work is defined by its utilitarian bindings. These physical constraints act as both a structural necessity and a visual metaphor for the containment of raw materiality within a fixed frame. By transforming everyday remnants into a complex, tactile composition, the piece elevates the discarded into the archival.
