Studio Policies & Terms

1. Purchasing & Payment

All available original artworks can be acquired directly through the studio. By clicking "Enquire" on an artwork profile, you will be connected with the studio to discuss the piece and finalise the acquisition.

  • Invoicing: To maintain a direct relationship with collectors, payments are processed exclusively via direct bank transfer. Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. Prices are in EUR; shipping and customs duties are calculated separately.

  • Reserves: Artworks can be placed on reserve for 48 hours upon request.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Because of the delicate structural paste used in these artworks, paintings are never rolled. They are packed flat in sturdy, heavy-duty boxes with reinforced edge protection and internal padding. The studio ships globally.

  • Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Carriers & Insurance: Shipments are routed via trusted premium carriers (such as DHL Express) depending on the destination and the collector's preference. To protect your investment, all shipments are fully tracked and comprehensively insured. Tracking information is provided immediately upon dispatch.

  • Undeliverable Shipments: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. The studio cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect details. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or unpaid customs, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs and return fees.

3. Customs & Import Duties

All artworks ship directly from a private studio in Bulgaria.

  • European Union (EU): No import duties apply for shipments within the EU.

  • Non-EU Europe & International: Shipments to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, and all other global destinations will be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are levied by the destination country's government.

4. Authenticity & Copyright

  • Signatures & Provenance: Depending on the specific aesthetic of the abstraction, the signature is located either on the recto or exclusively on the verso. Every piece includes a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity (CoA).

  • Intellectual Property: Nicole Bajger retains all copyrights to the artwork. Purchasing a physical painting does not transfer reproduction rights. Artwork, images, designs, and text may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

5. Returns & Damages

All artworks sold are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces. As such, all sales are final; no returns, exchanges, or replacements are available.

  • Transit Damage: If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact the studio within 72 hours of delivery. You must provide clear, well-lit photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging. Please keep all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved. Claims submitted without photographic evidence cannot be accepted.

By proceeding with an acquisition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Studio Policies & Terms.
